Keyente’ Moore (Coach Key) is a 1997 graduate of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School where he played football and basketball. As the starting running back and outside linebacker, Coach Key helped lead his team to 3 league championships, 1 district championship and two playoff births which PW went to the PA Eastern Finals and District finals twice. He was a two time 1,500 yard rusher, 6th all time leading rusher in school history, 1st All-time leading rusher in post season, received All-Conference and State recognition and was a Mini Maxwell Award recipient.
After high school Key attended University of Massachusetts on an athletic scholarship but ended up transferring to LaSalle University and playing 3 years of football. Coach was the leading rusher two years straight, 1st team MAAC and 1 time pre-season D1-AA All-American. Coach Key earned his bachelors degree at LaSalle in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology.
After graduating, he started coaching varsity football at Plymouth Whitemarsh High where he was was the RB coach for 14 years. He also became a counselor at Glen Mills School, then went on to become an Intake Rep for Eagleville Hospital.
Key enjoys spending time with his family, running his organization SWAG (STUDENTS Will Achieve Greatness), working the The OPENING (NIKE) Camps circuit and running his national 7v7 team/tournament.
He lives in Royersford with his wife, Sherri and their two kids Jalen and Angeleyah, and also his brother in-law, Justin.
